Hi Team, mbaMissionJA , mbaMissionKate,

Requesting a profile evaluation.

Demographics: Indian, Female, Fintech Industry

Education: Btech in computer science from a good state university, 78% overall, 92% in class 12 and 10.0 GPA in class 10

GMAT: 740 (Q49, V42)

Work experience:
3 years of work experience as a developer in Fidelity International, received 2 promotions in 3 years, multiple rewards for outstanding performance.
The only polyglot developer in the team, my role includes bridging the gap between language-specific developers to facilitate defect-free deliveries.
I do not have international exposure but my job involves interacting with Product managers in the UK regularly. Apart from regular work, I mentor new joiners regularly.
As a result of working in Fidelity, I carry a good knowledge of the finance domain.

Extra-curricular:
1. Led my college dramatics society to win national-level awards
2. Actively write and maintain my own blog, have been doing internships as a content writer to support my expenses since college
3. Organized events at a national fest during college.

Post-MBA goals: I want to change function from developer to Product manager. I believe technology is vital nowadays and would like to leverage my technical repertoire while working in either the same,i.e. Fintech industry or Tech industry

Target Schools: Haas, NYU Stern, LBS, INSEAD

Specific questions: 1. probability of a good scholarship at the top 20 colleges, and it would be great if you name a couple.
2. what part of my profile should be highlighted to demonstrate leadership potential in a technical profile.

Hi, and thanks for writing! You have solid academics and good progression at a world-renowned firm, which is great to see.

1. As an Indian applicant, you're applying from a very competitive demographic, so I think a scholarship (which is competitive as is to receive) would be challenging at a Top 20 program. If this is something you value highly, I'd target schools outside of the Top 20-25

And in general, in addition to the schools you are targeting, within Top 20-25 I'd add Cornell Johnson and CMU Tepper given their strengths in tech (they are also slightly less competitive, and it's good to broaden your portfolio given that we expect this year to be quite competitive given the economic downturn). In the U.S., look into Oxford Said and Cambridge Judge.

2. Your leadership experience will mainly be highlighted on your resume (where you'll focus on emphasizing the impact of your work and your actions that led to it, including any team leadership work you did) and in your recommendations. Additionally, some schools' essays enable you to discuss leadership experiences
