Hi acf69,

If I were to be in your situation, I would 100% go with Rotman, especially if your intention is to work in Canada post-graduation and even more if you are eligible for the domestic tuition rate/government financial aid (OSAP).

Canadian employers have a huge similarity bias, which makes it very difficult for MBA grads from non-Canadian schools to get a job. Moreover, you get access to the Rotman alumni network.

Good luck!

Have you asked career services at IESE or Oxford to help you get comfortable with their ability to help you with your career goals?

If they can't get you comfortable with their ability to help you, you really need to cross them off your list, i think.

Simultaneously, you can ask Rotman - in a kind and humble way - whether they can raise your scholarship before you make your decision. If you do this, I might consider asking for a specific dollar amount aand providing them with a reason for the request (i.e., ask for an additional $10,000 due to ____).

Thank you all for your responses and votes.

Regenerate : thank you for your advice. I had the chance to discuss this with the European schools. They tell me that large MNCs recruit globally (including Canada). However, start-ups and local Canadian companies do not come for the career services. Further, they have a global exchange program to top schools at USA and they advice a network driven approach.

I am just unsure of what this means in terms of finding a job post MBA.

I think I might understand what they're saying, but I don't KNOW that I understand.

And what matters is that you must KNOW you understand what they're saying ... and, if after asking ALL your questions, you still don't understand, you either need to take a leap of faith in picking one, or cross them off your list.

I did my MBA at IESE and an Exchange at a leading US school.
Normally, when you do an Exchange, say Rotman, you get to use their Career Services too.
So, with IESE and an Exchange, you get the best of both worlds.
