(A) to identify food allergies, such as ( one has an allergy to X; here it says that milk is an allergy)
(B) to identify food allergies, like (same as A)
(C) to identify food allergies, such as to (correct - allergy to x, y and z)
(D) for identifying food allergies, like that of (the for construction is right here but "like that of" is wrong)
(E) for identifying food allergies, such as for (such as for is wrong)
How do we know whether FOR or TO is correct ?
