Hi All,
Took the GMAT today. It was my 4th attempt. Completely disheartened with my score of 600 (Q48 V25) which is lower than my previous two GMAT scores of 650 and 630. My aim was to get nearer to the 700 mark and I failed miserably. However, I would like to apply to the schools in 2020 hence have no option but to go with my score of 650. I would like to apply to European schools and Indian schools. I come from a very competitive pool of Indian IT female. I have 9 years of experience and almost two years of international experience. Any suggestions which schools I should apply to and stand a chance of an interview call?

I'm sorry to hear that this recent attempt did not go better. Your prior 650/Q48 is a strong score though, so it could be enough to get you into your first-choice School. As such, another retest might not be necessary.
The process of applying to (and ultimately attending) Business School will require a big investment of time, money and energy on your part, so you really should make sure that the Programs that you apply to match your career goals/needs. There are a variety of factors that go into selecting the Schools that you'll apply to. Instead of just applying to Programs in which you might have a good chance to 'get in', here are some other things to think about:
1) Is there a particular company that you want to work for or industry that you want to work in? Certain degrees are more appropriate than others if you have a specific career goal.
2) What do you want your MBA to do for you?
3) Do you want to go to School full-time or part-time?
4) Are you willing to relocate? Are you comfortable with working through a program that is primarily online?
5) Are you going to be applying for scholarships?
Etc.
It's okay if you don't have answers to any of these questions just yet, but you really should try to define all of the important variables in terms of your goals, so that you can tailor your entire approach to getting into the best School that matches what you're looking for. You might find that the Program that you are most interested in is so competitive that you have to change your application timeline (so that you can improve your overall application and potentially retake the GMAT). While it's understandable that you might want to apply to Business School as soon as possible, the overall value of earning a Degree from a School that best matches YOUR career goals would almost certainly be worth the delay and extra effort.

Thank you for your reply to my post. I was quite disheartened yesterday but you post has given me some hope.
To answer your questions:
1. I would like to remain in the technology sector given my experience in IT
2. I would like to move to better roles in IT or into different roles than I am currently into eg. Product management
3. I would like to go for full time MBA and would prefer to go to a one year program
4. Yes I have no problems in relocating. I don't want to go for an online program as I don't see it to be very beneficial. I want to get the experience of a full time classroom MBA
5. Yes I would definitely like to apply to scholarships.
It would be helpful if you could suggest some colleges in the UK or Europe that I could apply to with my score and my experience?
