Idiom could be " Both X & Y "

option C and D are clearly incorrect due to omission of both
as for rest 3 choices we have to check for correct idiom ' both about .... and about ' which is used in option A correctly
option B and E changes the meaning by use of ' how they go about '
correct answer - A

Option A has the correct idiom 'both about and about' and mantaine paralellism (by usage of about in both the clause).

I was not satisfied with the OA. For me, the answer was E. So, I did a bit of a research and found the question source. Indeed, the answer is E.

Option E is better than option A for the following reasons:

1. Think about + noun (A preposition is preferably followed by a noun rather than by a clause.)
2. Think + clause

I think about the future.... correct
I think how I shall manage in future..... correct
I think about how I shall manage in future..... questionable
