The drug Nephoprene has been proven to help certain harmful medical conditions, but it also has serious side effects. Doctors are responsible for weighing the benefits of a drug against the possible harm to the patient from side effects, and most doctors have chosen not to prescribe Nephoprene even to patients who would experience benefits.

Which of the following follows most logically from the argument?

(A) Nephoprene will not cure patients.

(B) Most doctors have determined that the side effects of Nephoprene outweigh the benefits.

(C) Patients who want to take Nephoprene are not able to obtain prescriptions for it.

(D) Not all patients with medical conditions that can be helped by Nephoprene will actually experience benefits when taking it.

(E) The doctors who decline to prescribe Nephoprene are not fulfilling their duties as doctors.

Must be (B) for the highlighted errors in the options, only (B) flows from the highlighted part of the stimulus !!!

I think it's D.Though B is a very good contender, D can be inferred directly.

this is Must be true kind of a question and the answer must follow from the premises stated in the argument and so B is the correct one . I think D is incorrect since the argument is clearly saying that the drug is helpful is curing certain harmful conditions as stated in line 1 of the argument .

D is confusing one, B is the outright answer as per my understanding.

B should be right answer. D is trap as argument does not say anything about the percentage of patients that will be benefited. It just says "even to those" which can also mean 100 percent.
