Everyone is different and you may have a lot of holes in your quant that will need plugging.
However you are likely spending 2x the time since you are doing 2 courses at the same time. That's kind of like drinking from two bottles at the same time or riding two bicycles - it is not productive. I would recommend you drop one and focus only on
MGMAT if you need a high score or
magoosh if you are short on time.
In general, It gets faster as you build up. But if you leave holes now when your foundation you have to keep coming back to patch them and that'll take even more time.
My suggestion is you don't move past a topic until you are at 90% accuracy for Q49 score or 80% for Q44 so to speak.
The basics are the most important. I know it seems crazy but The GMAT is all about the basic principles in quant.
