Check your pop-up blocker. The information is similar to the email: "Congratulations! You have been invited to interview; you will receive an e-mail with specific instructions on how to schedule your interview. This e-mail will be sent to all invited applicants within three business days. If you have not received your e-mail by this time period, please contact our office directly at [email protected]."

You may check whether the new window got blocked by your browser(mine got blocked by Chrome). But it's no big deal.
The pdf just says that the instruction about interview will be sent out to you within 3 biz days, just as what it said in the email notification.
