could anyone tell me how important is it to submit a resume using the recommended oxford template? is it okay if all the required content is present bu the format is slightly different?

Hi Simanti,

If your resume is a "little" off from the recommended template you don't have to worry much. That will never be a reason for the adcom to decide whether to extend you an invite or not.

Regarding interview invites for R3, I believe everyone gets them on the designated date - 30th Jan. Whether it is an invite or a rejection.

Looking at previous posts it seems we should have our interview stage results in about 3 hours. It seems all of the mails are sent out at the same time.

For Indians it would mean 10 pm IST.

Congrats to all those who got the invites..
can any one please tell me how critical it is to have an in-person interview? Though I would love to make it to an in-person interview, my current location, nationality and the resulting visa lead times make it difficult for me to commit to an itinerary.
I will appreciate any help or words of advice.

If it's a plane ride away (and not just France to UK kind of distance) you're normally fine with these types of things.

I got an interview invite too. I am thinking of going for the in-person interview on campus. Anyone with in-person oxford interview experience? Could you please share? Lastly anyone from the healthcare sector had an invite as I am wondering if questions differ by industry?

In ref. to the transcripts, we can also send a notorised/certified (from a dignitary) copy. The same has been conf. by the adcom.
