Hi Sejal16,
Decent acads, good GMAT score and CA does add value to the overall package. As I understand from your work experience, your role is majorly focused on financial risk management which involves engaging with stakeholders in the UK (not a differentiator!). You'd need to be clearer with your short-term goals. Working in Consulting is different from growing in the current hierarchy in the Global In-house Centers (GIC) space you are currently in. While the former is great and a number of applicants would have it as a goal (which fizzes out after seeing Term 1 grades at ISB for a few
), you should seriously consider the latter as the GIC space, especially within financial services is growing in India. The volunteering experience is great and you should highlight it in the application.All the best with the application!

Hi Sejal16,
You have a very competitive profile. Your acads are decent and the GMAT score is good. CA qualification adds a lot of value to your profile. On the work experience side, we would like to know more about the projects you worked on, the responsibilities you had and the impact you created. While Management Consultancy as a field is generally sector agnostic, you need to clearly state in your essays as to why and how you want to make that transition. Apart from that, your volunteering experience is something that needs to be highlighted.

Workex - 4years
I am working as a mean stack developer.
I had handled 3 projects(e-commerece) and organized events at office.
I got a gold medal from a ftrust for bringing awareness in rural areas and received certificate of appreciation from district collector for organising medical camp on behalf of indian red cross society.
I have also got a certificate of appreciation as a motivational speaker for motivating people to donate blood and secured 2097 rank out of 125000 students in gate 2015 examination.
Apart from these i organised blood donation camps on behalf of red cross in many areas.
