Hi, I am planning to apply to the International MBA 2020 Intake at RSM. Want to know when does RSM usually update their website for admissions ? It is currently still displaying information regarding the 2019 Intake. Thank you ! Erasmus App Updates Essay questions. Please respond fully but concisely to each question. Hi all,

I just finished my Kira Talent video essays a couple of days ago and my personal interview yesterday. I feel good about everything and hope that translates into an offer.

The Kira Talent questions are similar in nature to the practice questions. They were not difficult if you read through and practice some of the info posted in the links above.

The personal interview was very relaxed and more like a conversation. Since I am in Mexico city right now, I did this through skype and talked to an adcom for a little over an hour. He had many questions about leadership, working with people from different cultures/backgrounds/ages, failures/accomplishments, etc. I enjoyed the conversation and did not feel too stressed about it.

I have received a few requests for info on the process and questions for the Kira Talent section. Here is some additional info:

First, the question about the process. I am not exactly sure what is wanted here, but below are some bullets...
- After submitting my application, RSM evaluated for a couple weeks and then notified me via email regarding the Kira Talent and personal interview.
- I received a separate email from Kira Talent to 'check in' and register. In this process was an evaluation of my computer and internet connection.
- There are practice questions available after the 'check in', that you can repeat as often as you like. I found that if you practice across multiple days the questions might change, or they might remain the same.
- Once I was ready, I started the process and was done in about 20 minutes. Each video question gave me 30-45 seconds to prepare and 90 seconds to respond, the written question gave me 8 minutes to respond with no prep time.

Now the questions. I only recall enough details for one of the video to write about it right now and the written (it has been a whirlwind of practice and responding to a couple different schools).
- Second video question asked me about interacting with people from different cultures/languages/age and how I respond and learn form these interactions.
- Written question was a scenario in which I am the CEO of a company that needs to relocate 20% of my employees within 6 months , write the email to notify them.

If I remember the first question, I will post later.
All in all, the prep questions were general interview type and so were the real questions.

I think I did well on the writing question, but depends how they view it. It was a bit of a curve, but I created a backstory within my email. The directions were brief, so I took the liberty to make assumptions that would allow for a creative response.

I completed my KIRA assessment. Got the following questions (not the exact wording) -

1. What is the biggest roadblock you faced in your career? What did you learn from it?

2. Have you dealth with people from different cultures/races/countries? How will these experiences help you when you work in a team project?

3. (Written) Write an email as CEO of a company mentioning that you would need to shift the focus of 20% of the employees to a new product.

My Experience -
My KIRA didn't go as smooth as I expected. My timing was off in the 1st question. For the 2nd question, KIRA didn't record my answer and it got stuck. I had to refresh the page, which resulted in a different question to show up. The written was okay. However, my fingers are crossed and hopefully I kill it in the in-person interview!

My suggestions -
- Practice giving answers on the platform cause keeping a track of time can be tricky. The practice questions that KIRA provides changes everyday, which is helpful.
- Most of the questions, are generic situational ones. So be ready with examples for various situations before hand.
- For the written take time to proof read
