Hi, I am planning to apply to the International MBA 2020 Intake at RSM. Want to know when does RSM usually update their website for admissions ? It is currently still displaying information regarding the 2019 Intake. Thank you ! Erasmus App Updates Essay questions. Please respond fully but concisely to each question. Each essay should contain around 500 words. At Rotterdam School of Management our mission statement says that, as an institution, we will be a force for positive change in the world. Your example can be large or small, global or local, but must highlight the positive impact you’ve had through your efforts. Tell us your story. OR 2. Discuss how the RSM MBA will prepare you to become a force for positive change, either in your personal or professional life. 2. Describe how the socio-economic environment in which you live/work impacts your business decisions. Please explain your answer and use examples from your own experience whenever possible. 3. To those of you that recently interviewed and are awaiting responses.
If you submitted after the round 1 deadline, then you will be grouped with round 2, which is due today.
RSM is not on a rolling admissions process. They evaluate all candidates from each round and then make decisions regarding that group.
Since round 2 is closing today, they will likely be reviewing and interviewing for the next 2-3 weeks and will then send responses to everybody.
This is my observation only, and I say it so that you all do not think negatively since they haven’t responded positively yet.
I wish all of you the best in the process, and hope that they get back to you soon.

Hi,

I just received an email from RSM about delaying the date of this round as follows:

"We have decided to extend the deadline for our International full-time MBA program to 13 June, 2019 to provide you with extratime to complete and submit your application. Please continue your application from our online application Embark. In addition, please remember that you can submit your application without the reference letters. However, in order for us to potentially invite you to an interview, we will need at least one reference letter; and two reference letters to possibly offer you a place in the program."

You can reach out to the adcom. They are supportive.

Hi everyone

I submitted wrong essay to RSM and got rejected, can anything be done now such as applying in the next round or any help from adcom. I have 4 years of experience 2 years in energy & 2 years in automobile. GMAT 700 and decent academics.

Can anyone guide me how to apporach them. I want to join this year only.

This is a bad sign as it shows how are not focused.

However, in this case, I strongly advise you to shot a call to the assigned adcom describing the situation. Maybe it helps you as it may build such connection between you and the adcom. Again, DO NOT depend on emails.

My experience with RSM is only one thing. Shot them a phone call and avoid emails. They are very responsive.

Round 1 interviews and offers were probably completed about a month ago. They are working through Round 2 applicants now.
It sounds like Round 2 was extended to mid-June, which means everybody should be contacted around now.

I have had nothing but the best communication from RSM, better than every other school I communicated with. The only issues I had were due to me changing regions and then sometimes due to the adcoms traveling for admissions events. But they always got back to me within a day or so.
Be patient/confident and if you don't hear anything, call them next week.
