Hi Narenn,
Good question! Based on my personal observation, there is generally some movement after everything is done and dusted (e.g. after all 4 rounds have ended). There was some waitlist movement in mid-end May for the Sept 2018 batch so I am hoping that it will be the same for us. I am particularly hoping for some movement on the waitlist during R4 decisions week (starting on 6th May). Fingers crossed!

Thanks! Interesting info. Some US schools tend to take decisions on WL before the last application round i.e. before R3 decisions. INSEAD, on the other hand, do so only after all rounds are over.

I believe INSEAD actually reviews the waitlist in between rounds as well! There was a r1 waitlisted candidate who got his spot during r2 decision week and I know of two r3 waitlisted candidates who got called up after 3-4 weeks (my guess is that some r3 admits opted not to pay their EUR 10,000 deposit).
Past threads suggest that there will be movement on the waitlist during r4 interview notification week. Unfortunately, this did not happen this year. All in all, there has been very little movement on the waitlist but I am still holding out hope for May-June.
