They had such an extension for the 2020 R3 intake but I don't see any such info for the 2021 intake. So, I guess you have to submit all the test scores by the deadline.

My portal shows the same message and I don’t remember it being there before. I emailed the admission office and they told me they don’t need official score unless I have an interview invitation. I am a little confused about the mixed messages.

I know the waiting period is really tough, same thing for me on some of my schools. But many schools seem to be sending invites periodically! Good luck to you and hopefully you hear from them soon!

Yes, I believe that TOEFL is a mandatory requirement for Indian applicants. This question came in one of the sessions that I'd attended.
