done with Kelley's interview, all questions were similar to one people has already mentioned in debrief with one exception. He did not ask me "why MBA ?" Was interviewed by a 2nd-year senior. It was more of a conversation type.

Tips for interview : do not get stressed out , it is not like a job interview interrogation but more like a conversation between you and a senior.

Did anyone be interviewed for R2 hear back from the School? I had my interview on Jan 29th and haven't heard back from the School. Does anybody know how long it takes to receive decision notification?

Isn't the decision deadline 15th March? Won't all the decisions be released on 15th March?

It's okay to get anxious. Even m anxious. But I don't think they will reveal anything before March :)

How much did you all reach out to current students, staff, faculty?

I spoke to SO many people including MBA director and wondering if that would exclude me from needing an interview... hoping it's possible otherwise, haven't heard back :'(

I haven't see Kelley making any phone calls even for the admitted applicants. The decisions will be mostly through emails and portal updates in some cases.
