Hi all ,

I had applied to RSM in round 3 - 8th of June. Got the KIRA Invite on 25th June and completed the assessment today.

These are the questions that I have got for my KIRA Talent interview:

2 VIDEO QUESTIONS :
Preparation Time 45 seconds, response time 90 Seconds .

1. Tell me a time when things did not go as per plan professionally OR personally? What did you do and what did you learn?

2. RSM is a diverse program. How will ensure that you include all the nationalities in your interactions with your classmates?

1 WRITTEN QUESTION :

Time given 10 Minutes , total 250 words.

3. As a CEO write a letter to all your employees , telling them that 20% of the workforce shall be laid off within the next 6 months.

Overall these questions are the same that have been posted by others.

Hi everyone! I indeed applied for R3 and received a Kira and interview invite two days later. I gave my interview and Kira last week and today received my admission letter. My Kira and interview questions were by the way similar to those already posted here, so that’s definitely a good lead to follow in your preparations. If you have applied, but not heard anything yet, I would recommend reaching out to them. Perhaps something got lost, definitely good to double check. Best of luck all!

Hi! Overall, it was a really pleasant and well-run experience. Of course it is nerve-wracking at times, but I thought the staff was very professional in the way they organized the process. What stood out to me is that the questions were much more focused on your personality and personal experiences, rather than your professional accomplishments, just like previous contributors to this thread have shown. I got the same questions and also had a pretty laid-back interview. My advice is really to just be your authentic self and relax, as difficult as that can be during an interview. Perhaps forget for a moment how much you want it, and treat it as a regular conversation. As for the duration until the offer, I applied on 8 June and received my offer on 2 July. Between the interview and the offer, was 1.5 weeks. However, I was told that the final decision would come between 1-2 weeks. Best of luck all and let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Eggtart, Thank you for this information. I gave my Kira Assessment interview this friday (02nd July) and I am waiting for the interview invite.
Can you please tell how much time do you get to consider the offer before paying the amount to confirm your place, and how much is the amount to be paid?

Hi! I received my offer on 2 July and have to confirm my place on the 23rd. So about 3 weeks (although I’m not sure that’s standard). When confirming my place, I have to pay €5.000 as a first installment.

Hi Jyoti,

I got the invite today for my interview. I guess you shall get the news regarding your application today as we both completed the KIra talent on the same day. It's still early in Netherlands, wait till evening and since it's a friday today, there is a strong chance that you would get the news. Hoping that you get an invite too.
