I really want them to like profile instead of sending mandatory interview invite due to diversity conference acceptance. what if they dont like profile after interview?

See my earlier posts on this, through someone on Reddit they've said it's automated. Also, I don't have an SIS ID and I got my interview invite for R1 yesterday.

They haven't said no, until they have. So don't say no for them.

Well interview by invites means they liked your app and hence invited you. With open interview you dont know if they liked it or not till results are out.

ad18, might go the other way and confuse the admissions team that why did this person not take advantage of the open interview period if he/she was so interested in the program. These things are subjective but I don’t think you should be too worried so soon. Give it some time, attend events and put yourself out there in front of them to show you’re committed
