I'm going to mail the AdCom at Kelley and request an extension so that I can submit my application in Round 2. But could I also, very humbly, request for an application fee waiver as well?

I submitted the application prior to the deadline but no interview invite yet. Has anyone received an interview invite yet?

kelley does not use the GMAC LOR? My recommender says that the questions are different, and even the word limits aren’t specified..

One of our moderators got the interview invite yesterday I think they use their own recommendation form. I don’t see any information about GMAC recommendation form on their website You can try. No harm in trying 😁

The recommender should answer the questions in word document, .pdf it, and attach it. He/she can use some contents in the document to fill the form. The form will truncate his/her responses, but the pdf file will be used.
