Had experience working in Switzerland, speak 4 languages, candidacy in CFA, targeting GMAT of 720-750. Want to switch into IB/PE in biotech

Just got an updated status email, and found out that I am still on the waitlist, and that the deadline to submit (another?) waitlist video essay response is June 8. (The three options for the waitlist video are also the same as those that were there when I was placed on the waitlist the first time) Very weird, as the Round 3 decision letter stated that the final decision would be released on June 9. Do we need to submit another video after being placed on the waitlist again, considering that the questions we need to address are the same as the ones we responded to during our initial waitlist placement? The update just mentions that they have accepted our position on the waitlist. Seems like an anomaly to me. Can someone explain what am I missing here?
