You need to email or call the Admissions Office at Goizueta and ask. You are likely going to have to provide a reason such a financial hardship. It's not a guarantee but you have absolutely nothing to lose by asking.
The only folks who get an automatic fee waiver at Goizueta are US military servicepeople and veterans.
