No way! Oxford said that final decisions will be published only on 8th March after all interviews have been conducted. I have verified it.

Oxford places some candidates on a fast-track and interviews them earlier and even sends them a decision earlier.

My interviewer (the Africa Initiative leader for Oxford Said) told me that we could expect decisions sooner. She said that because of the volume of applications they received in Stage 2, they are trying to review candidates periodically rather than having to evaluate all the profiles in the week before the 8th of March.
TL;DR: You will get your decision on 8 March but don’t be surprised if you (or others) get it earlier as well.
They probably just mean that they try to interview people quicker if it helps their workload.
