Hi, for folks who have received interview calls - when did you submit your application? I submitted mine on 11th (the deadline day) - should I be worried about it? Also, on the video essays - what are they looking for - content or communication skills?

I spoke about my upbringing and my hobbies and how they affect my personality/qualities/values. Ques I got 1. About yourself other than resume 2. Your fav leader, why do you like about his leadership style? 3. Tell me about a time whena colleague or a corporate contact helped you.

How did you get to know you were invited for an interview? And is the calendar accessible only after the invite?

Hey! There is no need to worry. Kellogg interviews almost everyone. I submitted my application on 10th and video essays yesterday. Post that in the next steps schedule interview option was displayed where calendar is available. They did not select me for interview or anything as such.
