Here's the deal I can only pay the GMAT online fee through debit card but there is no option available for it... Has anyone faced the same issue and what did you do? I need to book an appointment in 2 days.

No...the thing is there is no option for a debit card..so I reached out to examity , who said they had no control over it..so I wrote to GMAT support , who by the way haven't responded yet.
