Hi guys, I would greatly appreciate your advice on my situation. I have been consistently studying for 6 hours a day for the last 2 months and have not improved my official score (started studying in December). As a matter of fact, my verbal score dropped from 31 to 27, while quant has slightly improved to 47 (thanks to Scott and TTP). Any advice is really really appreciated since I am under time pressure and need urgent help...
1. I have used e-GMAT course for Verbal which really did improve my stamina, although it wasn't reflected in my real exam. I felt pretty confident answering questions and have scored solidly overall in the course (~70%).
2. I have been using 60 * 3 approach in which I would time and answer 30 verbal questions for 60 min, analyze mistakes and then repeat three times a day. I became very focused and score has been going up, but this week it seemed to fall down (as did my official score).
3. I have 3-4 weeks left of studying since my application deadline finishes then. I need to get ~700 score as that will break the barrier I need, but I CANNOT postpone it for next year since I will lose my main reference (and a way in basically).
As I said earlier, any advice is really helpful. For some mistakes you may think I have been doing, I have explained below.
1. Not knowing fundamentals well. I have gone thru PowerScore CR and e-GMAT critical reasoning course. I worked on concepts such as identifying conclusion, prethinking, POE method, traps for specific types, etc.
2. Working on improving vocabulary (I am a foreign student). I have been an avid reader and I consider myself fairly fluent when it comes to reading professional business article in English. It seems that for the most RC section, I always identify ~3 wrong answers but get stuck then. For CR, I have a problem understanding the argument and for SC I have been scoring around 70-80 forever and it seems impossible to go higher (since all mistakes I do are meaning based...)
3. I spend A LOT of time analyzing my mistakes, I even reflect and take detailed notes but it doesn't seem to help...
4. I CAME TO THE POINT WHERE I AM OVERCOFIDENT WHEN ANSWERING QUESTIONS (for example, today on my official exam I felt amazing about verbal only to find out 27...)
I am slightly sad and stressed (also very disappointed) about my score given the work I did and the importance of it. I hope someone can help me out, I am really giving my best self and have never been focused.

Which types of Verbal questions are you missing most often (SC, CR, RC)? That would at least give you a starting point.
You mention the 'down to two' issue, which is something a lot of people have a hard time with. Actually, I think that many medium-difficulty problems (especially RC and CR) are designed to cause that exact problem. Two or three of the answer choices won't engage with the argument or the passage at all, so you can eliminate them just based on your understanding of the passage. But to eliminate the last one or two wrong answers, you need a deeper understanding of the "rules" of the problem type and what constitutes a valid reason to eliminate an answer.
