I attempted GMAT prep exam today and got 370 score
Quant percentile - 10
Verbal percentile - 17
Got frustrated after looking at score.Planning to give exam at end of March or mid of April. Target is 650-700.
I am a working professional with 10 years of IT team leadership experience.
Advice and help is really needed to achieve the target.
I am using GMAT official guide.

I will be frank..
If you intend to look at 650+ from the present stage, give yourself ATLEAST 4 months . 2 months is too little a time.
Your present score shows lack of knowledge of basics and Official Guide is not enough. So get hold of may be Manhattan guide for SC.
You can go for a course or take a private tutor or any classes nearby. Don't jump for a course or a tutor before doing proper research.
Score is important for you, it may not be important for an institute of you choose a wrong one.
But main point, give yourself some time
