CAT Pack - Manhattan vs GMAT prep 1 & 2?

Hello,

I am deciding between the two CAT's packs below

Manhattan - 6 tests U$S 49 
GMAT PREP - PACK 1&2 (4 Tests) U$S 89,00

is it worth it spending U$S 40 more for 2 tests less in GMAT prep?

I would suggest go for GMAT Prep, as they will help you the real picture of your performance.

GMAT Prep are far better than any of the tests out there.

Yes. The GMATPreps are the best tests out there. If it helps, you can take 1 of the 6 tests free, so it's effectively 5 vs. 4 (also, there are 2 free GMATPreps)

GMATPrep is always your best bet - as they are made by the creators of the actual exam. That said, focus less on your score and more on adjusting your thought process and approach to any kind of test question that comes your way.

If you can afford, GMAT prep CATs are far better then Manhattan GMAT

I would say yes. But this is because I got access to the MGMAT CATs with the books. Alternatively, you can also buy one GMAT PREP Pack 1 only. This will only get you 2 tests but you can use this for fine tuning your GMAT preparation towards the end of it.

Hi zzarur,

GMAT PREP- Exam Pack 1 and 2 are the best practice tests for GMAT in the market. No tests can come close. They are the most accurate indicator of your GMAT PREP.

However, Manhattan GMAT tests are absolutely amazing for practice as well. Although not better than the EP1 and EP2, they do provide a great testing experience. 
The Quant is a bit tougher than the actual GMAT and Verbal is very much on par. I would recommend using both the tests for your practice, however if you must choose one go with the GMAT PREP Exam Pack 1 and Exam Pack 2.
