Please evaluate my profile for my chances at target B-schools. Also suggest if I should add any other B-schools to my list :

Work exp - 3.5 years with car manufacturing firms (an Indian firm previously & now Honda) as after-sales operations manager in marketing vertical. Direct liaison between my organization and channel partners (car dealers). Handling 8 car service outlets with annual business revenue ~5 Million USD, employing staff of 200+, spanning 3 states. Heavily general management kind of role, lots of leadership & people management experience with internal and external stakeholders. Undertook and completed several projects, which I can prove with strong back-up calculations.
2)
GMAT - took in Dec'2014; scored 600 (Q48, V28, AWA 5.0, IR 5). Shall be re-taking in next 3 months with a target of 720+
3)
College info: an NIT ranked 15~20 among engineering colleges in India, GPA 6.15/10 (not so good grades in quant based courses), mechanical engineering, completed in 2011.
4)
extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience - no such significant leadership experience outside of the workplace

Important certifications - plan on taking CSCP (certified supply chain professional certification) to strengthen my operations management profile
