Correct Comparison marker is
Not only X....But also Y
One needs to ensure that both X & Y are same i.e. Noun, adjective , clause etc...
Option B, C & D could be eliminated because of incorrect markers
Option A is incorrect because
X = Adjective
Y = Sentence
hence Answer E

"Not only ---- but also" is the correct idiom form.
Sentence should have both "Not only" and "but also" together.
Only option E has "not only ---- but also" idiom.
Hence Answer (E)...
