I simply applied divisibility rules from 2 to exclude numbers that do not qualify. Since all the numbers end with 0, it was very easy and quick to apply most of the divisibility rules:

420, 560, 840, 960, 1080

Divisibility by 2: all qualify
Divisibility by 3: 420, 560 out
Divisibility by 4, 5 & 6: all remaining qualify
Divisibility by 7: 84 is divisible by 7, 96 & 108 no

Answer: C

I hope someone finds this approach useful!

Integers are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8..
The Lowest Positive Integer among the answer Choice is 420.
Applied Divisibility Rule to 420.
420 is divisible by 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 except 8.
Multiplying 420 by 2 = 420 *2 = 840 ... Answer C....

Please, consider giving kudos if you find my answer helpful in any way :) :good
