(1) \(2X + 2Y ≤ 40 \)
(2) \(X – 2Y ≤ 20\)

Statement 1: x+y < 20 (even without complying EQUAL rules, this statement is valid)
Case 1: X=0; y=0
Case 2: x=1; y =0
Different values of x satisfy statement 1. Insufficient

Statement 2: x-2Y <20(even without complying EQUAL rules, this statement is valid)
Case 1: X=0; y=0
Case 2: x=1; y =0
Different values of x satisfy statement 2. Insufficient

Since SAME SET OF DIFFERENT VALUES OF X satisfies the both statements, no need to go for COMBINING.
X CAN HAVE DIFFERENT VALUES (no unique Value)
