Cannot be D as time taken is more(mentioned in the stimulus).A makes most sense here as the reason for not keeping the turnaround time are the customers themselves and not the company

The causality states that since the company does not make extra money on these products, the complaints are not attended on priority basis. A states another reason for the increased turn around time. Hence, A.
