Oxford Said - Should I be hopeful?

Hi,

I got invited to interview - and it was a terrible interview. I fumbled throughout.
However, I got an email today asking me to mail them my official transcripts.

Is this something that everyone gets? Or is this a positive sign?

I don't want to give you false hopes. Still I see it a positive sign.
720+ GMAT scorer conversion rate post interview is 75% (from past data). Keep up the hope.
