Hey Guys
I already used all the cats from the two exam packs twice before my first official exam. I am planning to rewrite in 1 1/2 week and need some guidance to know whether I I I am ready.
I bought the Kaplan Cats in which I scored
610 (q40, v35) (1 week ago)
and
670 (q45, V37) (1 day ago)
My official GMAT Exam was a:
600 with (q43, V29). I ordered the ESR, which shows that I pretty much busted the SC section with a scaled score of 23, while my RC score was in the 95th percentile with a qvscaled score of 51.
After 2 weeks of studying now, I feel like my SC skills improved a lot, but how do I know for sure whether I am ready for the SC part? I mainly did OG Questions where I constantly have more than 80% correct in SC (I always do quizzes in packs of 18 questions, to make it very gmat like)
My target score is not high and I am already satisfied with a good 640 since that is all I need for my target school.

Get a veritas package of 7 tests for 19$

Hi FreakingGPAforZero,
If your next GMAT appointment is in about 10 days or so, then you should NOT take more than 1-2 additional CATs during that time (taking more than that would NOT be beneficial and you'd just end up 'wasting' a bunch of CATs that you might need later on).
You ask how you can know whether you've improved in SCs enough (or not). How did you perform on your SCs when you took these last two CATs?
