Have you visited Wharton?
I'd definitely make the decision based on cultural fit. Wharton may have an edge over Sloan for finance recruiting and Sloan might trump in entrepreneurship, but given that you're going back to your current job, you can reduce your decision making process simply to what experience you'd like to get out of. The culture is quite different at two schools so speak to as many current students and alumni as possible.
Consider the class size (400 vs 850), location (Boston vs Philly), curriculum (More experiential learning vs. Lectures / Cases) and people. Think about the network you'll be building and who you'd like to have included in that network for the rest of your life. Both are amazing schools and I've seen cross-admits from the two schools choosing either, and everyone ended up where they wanted to be at the end of the day.
Business school experience will likely be one of the most impactful, amazing two years of your life and you have the luxury of choosing schools without financial confinement or even recruiting pressures, and I couldn't disagree more to what yaash said. Especially in your case, people will be the biggest asset you'll gain in the experience and both schools have top-notch professors and curriculum. Wharton may have a stronger brand but being at Sloan will allow you to meet with a more diverse group of people.
Congratulations on great choices, and hope you make a decision that you won't look back on.
