Hi,
I am currently solving GMAT Advance Questions. I wanted to know the difficulty level of Advance Questions.
Are they all above 700 Level?
How are they compared to actual GMAT hard questions?
Also, any particular strategy to tackle these questions as most of them takes more than 2 mins to solve.

"The GMAT™ Official Advanced Questions is a compilation of 300 hard Quantitative Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning questions, similar to hard questions found in the GMAT Official Guide series."
Also, any particular strategy to tackle these questions as most of them takes more than 2 mins to solve.
That's part of the "game" so to speak. If you can find a shorter way to solve a question through applied reasoning you can save a lot of time sometimes. Here's a question, for example, that on gmatclub on average people take around 2 minutes to do. That being said, it is possible to do this in less than 60 seconds.
Also, any particular strategy to tackle these questions as most of them takes more than 2 mins to solve.

By design, the harder questions will take longer to solve, so the 'goal' to try to solve each of them in under 2 minutes apiece shouldn't be the 'goal.' In that same way, it's not clear whether you should actually be focused on solving those types of questions or not at this pint. Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
