Hi Ankit
(Disclaimer: not an expert opinion. Just my 2 cents since you asked everyone lol. Hence take it with a bucket full of salt )Firstly, Congratulations on getting these excellent outcomes for your applications.
1)Based off of your goals I would rule out Georgetown and UNC right away.
2)Similarly UCLA doesn't seem like a good fit for your goals. Though they might give you chance to recruit in SF startup area.(you could also use this admit to negotiate with Emory or Rice for more money though, if you plan on attending either.)
3)Also from the list of wait lists Tepper doesn't seem like to strongly align with your goals so no point wasting precious time. Also seems like Tepper and UNC may have wait listed you due to yield protection.(again my guess)
4) Both Rice and Emory are solid B schools but would have very few opportunities for you to exit into PE/VC roles.
5) Between Ross Kellogg and Haas: Kellogg is one of the best places to do PM specialisation and and Haas is your dream school so you should be trying your best to reaffirm your commitments to these schools to get off the list. Ross is also a great place to go to but you already have a better option in Tuck in your hand.Though again an admit from Ross may help with scholarship negotiations with Tuck.)
6)Tuck right now is your best choice both prestige wise and hard facts based on outcomes. Also I have personal bias towards Tuck.
Have a good day mate.
PS:I have voted Tuck.
