I consulted with a multitude of consultants from top MBA consulting programs. They sounded the same and worked with their clients to submit cookie cutter applications based on what they thought top schools desired. Gavriella was the first consultant that I found that helped me stand out. She compelled me to dig deep to understand myself better and helped me craft a narrative and profile that was authentic, captivating, and cohesive - even in the two hours I had with her. I was hesitant about investing in an MBA admissions consulting firm because of the price tag, and looking back I have no regrets in investing in the hourly services package with MBAmission. Every minute spent with Heidi was SO SO valuable - she helped me get into every school that I wanted to get into and clearly directed me / answered all of my questions. Whether it was my resume review, outlining my essays, or even random questions about my application goals. She understood how I wanted to spend my time and never wasted a minute working with me. Consultant Michael Guttman
Michael Guttman was extremely responsive in communications and was able to accommodate a meeting each time I needed advice, from analyzing which GMAT score to keep all the way through interview preparation. When it was time to review essay drafts Michael called to my attention specific ways that examples could improve my message and did not miss a single detail. I also benefited from mock interviews that mbaMission set up. I know that each admissions consultant has a book of clients, but Michael made me feel like his top priority. It was nice to know Michael and mbaMission had my back throughout the process, and I ultimately got into Wharton!

I was hesitant about using an admissions counselor and I am SO beyond glad that I did! I worked with Heidi Granner for essay reviews and interview prep and she was the most helpful resource I encountered for making my applications truly sing and helping me prepare for my interviews. Heidi was a fantastic communicator and sets expectations extremely well. I always knew when I would receive feedback rom her and it was always actionable and wise. She had great constructive criticism to provide but never undermined my confidence and I felt I could go to her with all of my questions. I cannot recommend mbaMission enough if you are applying to a competitive MBA program -- I guarantee my admissions cycle would not have been as successful if I had not worked with Heidi!

I came to the application process very concerned. I am from an over-represented demographic, being a male Chinese engineer, and I was out of work.
Harold was not thrown by any of this. Right from our first conversation he was reassuring, and I felt completely supported and understood. He always listened, and he helped me think realistically about my goals, pushed me to consider schools that I had yet to consider, including some reach schools and more likely schools and he was always an encouraging voice. He was very thoughtful in his approach and his attention to details was second to none. Throughout the process, his ability to break each step down into manageable and meaningful pieces helped bring me closer and closer to polished applications and helped assemble a storyboard true to myself, stories that I was able to paint with pride and confidence. In the end, I got into my three top schools including UNC, USC, and Cornell. I got $100,000+ at both UNC and USC and could not be more thrilled with the outcome. Teaming up with Harold for my applications was the best investment I ever made and is already changing my life. Use Harold, it could be life-changing for you as it was for me.

I worked with Kate on an hourly basis throughout my MBA application process to HBS, GSB, Wharton and Columbia. I was admitted to 3/4 and will be attending HBS.
I found Kate to be an excellent brainstorming partner during the very introspective, story-crafting phase of the applications, helping me to dig deep and pull out the most insightful personal experiences to write about in my essays. I also did a mock interview with her prior to my HBS interview -- she was spot on in identifying the key areas that I needed to focus on to best prepare.
Overall I thought MBAMission was great as well. They have detailed guides into each school's application process, as well as interview guides and resources to share with recommenders.

At first when I started applying to business school I thought I could do it on my own and I was thinking "how much can a consultant actually help...is it worth the price?" Well on my own I was denied to every school I applied to in R1.
Then, I decided to do a free consultation with Gavriella and I knew she would be instrumental in my applications for R2 Man, was I right. In R2 I was accepted to all 7 of the schools I applied to and most with 50% scholarship. Not to mention being accepted at my dream school Ross.
I chose to do the hourly services and I was not disappointed. I would turn essays to her at 2am and they were back to me by 6am. She is an incredibly hard worker, empathetic, and cares for her clients. She is available day and night without question.
Gavriella has a talent for helping to create your story in a way that makes you look like a rock star and helping to show you how you fit within in each program.
I promise, you will not go wrong using Gavriella. It has been the best decision I have made in my professional career thus far. My expectations were blown away and if you choose Gavriella, you will be accepted to the school of your dreams.

Debbie was very helpful during my application for business schools. She and the mbamission team were extremely helpful in organizing my experiences and creating a meaningful narrative from them. She was a useful resource throughout the entire application and interview process, including GMAT advice and post-acceptance. She helped me tailor specific essays for individual programs and to create a brainstorm of experiences and answers that I could draw on for essays and interviews alike.

Working with Debbie was very enriching since she always has the best way to convey the ideas of past experiences. You are often clear about what you want to share, but it becomes complicated if you do not find the right words; it is very easy to find the right words with Debbie. Also, the way of working is delightful; it is pleasant and sincere, which is very important for these processes.
