I love the new e-GMAT platform. It’s helps me pinpoint my weak areas and continue to attack them. The platform allows you to test your understanding of the concepts and requires that you meet a certain threshold before moving to more advanced concepts. I’m a visual learner, so this is great. e-GMAT has the most comprehensive verbal concept review I’ve seen online. Initially, I struggled with Reading Comprehensive but after going through the Reading Comprehensive modules, I saw immediate results. I definitely recommend verbal live prep curriculum. The additional weekend workshops complement the verbal concepts.

Also, definitely be sure to check out the free strategy webinars...

I had been advised by a friend of mine to go with E-GMAT for my preparation. Initially I was a bit skeptical to go for it as it wasn't one of the highly marketed courses. But once I had taken a trial course, I realised that spending $300 on it would be an investment worth making. The best part of the course is that it is made up in small modules, so when ever you have 15 - 20 min available with you, you can learn something. Also the small tests at the end of every module enable you to learn properly & correctly. The workshops are a good medium to clarify your doubts . Though the start a bit early or a bit late, depending on which part of the globe you are, but they are never ever time bound. I have never ever attended a workshop in which the instructors were in a hurry to wind up. Also their portal for queries is quick. so whatever doubt you have gets resolved with in 1-2 days. All in all a good course which enabled me to over come the errors in Verbal. Highly recommended !!!

I have always been good at Quantitative, since my CAT days Verbal section has been pulling all my credits to a low level that never assured any call from good colleges. GMAT became my target after my 4th work anniversary. GMAT is different (in terms of preparation & strategies) from CATs in India. So I started researching about strategies and preparations required to ace GMAT.

First of all I realised GMATClub is best place to know everything about GMAT. Then I went through official GMAT Guides. I was pretty sure about Quantitative section but Verbal section dahh...!!

So I gave my first GMAT and score was Q49 V28. I was really really disappointed by my Verbal.
Same story here, verbal is pulling my over all score down. It was time to decide what steps are required to take to save myself from Verbal. I searched many institutes and visited few of them but the problem was "TIMINGS". I am a working engineer, I can't attend classes unless they are according to my schedule. So I searched about Verbal preparation online. One of my friend suggested me eGMAT online. He said it is best preparation site for non-natives.

I was not sure whether to spend money on this course, So I wrote an Email to Rajat sir from eGMAT telling him about my GMAT score and wether eGMAT can help me in it. Believe me the reply I got was not only motivating but also convincing that I can improve my verbal. He asked about my strategy and asked me to go through eGMAT's FREE material. I realised my "BIG TIME MISTAKE" It was my method of attempting questions in Verbal. I need to change my whole thinking about verbal section. I am never sure about my answers while making them in verbal section. Biggest and Best thing eGMAT is - it tells you "why you are wrong". It not only tells "why a correct answer is correct" but also why other options are wrong. So in this way when you do one question, you are actually doing 5 questions, since it is most important to learn what is wrong with incorrect answers.

Other best feature is when ever you have doubt (literally any kind of doubt) simply post on relevant forum of the section, you will get reply from experts. I got my most of doubts cleared from experts within a day.

NOW final words- I am yet give my 2nd GMAT EXAM, and my mocks are clearly showing improvement. One thing is sure I will answer verbal with much more confidence now. Lets see how the things will turn up this time. I will definitely write a detail experience after my next GMAT. I will definitely put my score card after few weeks to get $15 gift card. :)
Thank You e-GMAT and Rajat Sir.

I have been using e-GMAT for some time now and I find it to be an excellent source and the best investment one could possibly do for GMAT verbal. All the verbal concepts tested on the GMAT exam have been very well covered. I have found SC and CR section to be the best with the way they have gone about explaining the concepts. It teaches you the application, not just the rules. I am glad I found the course. I'm already seeing an improvement in my verbal accuracy.I still have some time for my GMAT and with the way things are going I am sure and hopeful that i will do well in exam. I will highly recommend this course to everyone.
Cheers and All the Best everyone!

I took Verbal Online course from eGMAT which I upgraded to Verbal Online Prep after about 1 month.
I have had my priimary education in my Native language which is Bengali. Although I have worked for some big MNCs and had fairly good English speaking abilities but whenever it came to giving any English Proficiency exam I developed cold feet.
I had heard and read a lot about eGMAT courses but was doubtful that any course can improve my English. I bought Manhattan material and started preparing through it. The Quants section was good but when I started using its Verbal section, I could not concentrate and gave up easily.
At that point I realized that people like me cant improve their Verbal Section just by reading. I have always preferred a video as learning tool than pure reading.
This was the main reason which appealed me to go for eGMAT Online Prep. Within the very first days of going through its material I decided that I should upgrade my course to Verbal Live Prep. All the concepts covered are very clearly explained. I think the developers of its content have taken due care to address the main pitfalls which native students like me are most frequently face.
I hope any body who is struggling with their verbal, should not waste any more tme trying any other course other than eGMAT.
ALL the best to all my fellow GMAT aspirants!!

When I started my GMAT Preparation, I was struggling in my verbal section. The scores after 1 week of basic brushing up was Q47 V21. I was very much worried. I did a lot of research and made up my mind to enroll for E-GMAT Verbal prep. This helped me a lot in improving my score in a month. I gave my GMAT in November, about a month after enrolling and was able to score 660. Q49 V 31. I didn't utilize the E-GMAT resources completely and still was able to manage a decent score of v31.

I am planning to retake the exam in march and I am very much sure that the E GMAT can help me score in the 40s for verbal section.

E-gmat verbal course really helped me understand key concepts to tackle successfully the verbal part of the GMAT Exam. Their sentence correction part as the beginning tool is great and specially for us non-natives who are not used to doing this analysis in English. The following core courses for critical reasoning and reading are very helpful as well, they are very illustrative with videos and solutions that make it easy to understand.
They also have an additional live section that allows you to work and answer questions with a live instructor on the weekends, and when getting better and understanding better you can complete the workshops, which are a great way to learn some final tools to succeed in the verbal section of the gmat.

I am a non-native speaker. Before taking egmat course, i tried manhattan gmat. The SC session for MGMAT is highly rated, but somehow it didnt help me much. My SC was not improved aftering using the MGMAT SC. I read from gmat-club that egmat is really good for non-native speakers, so i started using egmat. At first, i only chose the verbal online courses. Later i found my verbal, especially SC and RC, greatly improved aftering takkng the course, so i added the verbal live prep package. E-gmat is really great for non-native speakers. My verbal improved from 35 to 40. Thanks to e-gmat!

I'll straight go to the point. Thank You e-GMAT.
I am an Indian male with a mediocre schooling wrt English. I wouldn't mind conceding that even my basics of English (verbs/nouns) weren't clear when I started on this journey called GMAT. I read Wren n Martin English Grammar to improve. My diagnostic test results were 570. I knew the road ahead is long. Thus I went on and on, from reading Economist to learning grammar from random English grammar websites. 6 months and my first attempt yielded a 620. I was really upset. Then I decided to take-up the e-GMAT course. I had attended their free webinars. I went from 620 to 730 in 4 months. I could have done this in lesser time but due to hectic work hours and I wanted this attempt to be the best yet. e-GMAT really made the difference by teaching right from the "basics". They taught what is important and the strategies were undoubtedly helpful. For me SC became a cake walk.
I think I could have pulled out a 750 but got a bit distracted. Rajat says in one of his webinars that the first 10 questions are important. Indeed they are. At question no 21 I got a RC that was 5 para and of difficulty level I had never practiced before. I knew i was on the right path. But trying to tackle this RC I lost a lot of time. Which forced my to skip 4 questions in the end. But still I managed a 730! Sad but still happy I pushed out a 110 point improvement.
The course is perfect for non-native speakers!
