I was introduced to e-GMAT course for verbal live prep through GMAT club and I am extremely satisfied with the course Content, the way verbal live sessions were scheduled and the delivery of the course.
Sentence correction section has explained all the fundamentals required to give you an upper hand in accessing the situation and increasing your accuracy in getting the right option. The live sessions by various faculties has been carried out in a systematic manner and interactive environment built in the session was so helpful.
There has been gradual increase in verbal score as we progress through every section and also e-GMAT has made the sessions very interesting.
I came to know of e-gmat through an article on Quora, and the reviews there didnt disappoint me.
The course on e-gmat is very well structured for non-natives. The differentiating factor between e-gmat and other verbal courses, is e-gmat's range of question pool and difficulty levels, and most importantly the source structure - which has quizzes after every chapter and other key notes on complicated concepts
The content is also better than other verbal material, such as Manhattan Review (which also has a lesser question pool), I previously studied from here before switching to e-gmat.
I would strongly recommend eGMAT to non-native aspirants.
Thanks guys!
e-GMAT curriculum is very well designed and to the point. They've nicely divided into different question types which makes it easy to focus and grasp one point at a time. The frequent mid-topic questions help cement the always ephemeral verbal concepts. The OG questions which are sorted out topic wise help increase one's confidence.
I mainly used the course to try and fix my SC. However I was also able to improve upon my accuracy and speed for CR by learning easy to understand concepts. There are numerous practice questions in Scolaranium which further help to re-assess weak points and to focus on them.
Thank you e-GMAT for the wonderful course. :-)
I have always been intimidated by the verbal section whenever I look at the practice questions in the GMAT test. A friend of mine referred me to the e-GMAT course for verbal online and quant online as well. I looked at some of their free sessions and figured that was exactly the kind of tutoring I was looking for in Verbal.
I find the course very comprehensive and elaborate. The little tips and the long explanations all add up to a wonderful learning package. After 3 months of practicing from the e-GMAT course, I am a lot more confident and equipped to take the GMAT test in November. The quant online course is another gem that I found amongst the many online courses available. Very detailed explanations helped me understand the nuances and tricks to master the test. I would certainly recommend this course to all non-native English speaking friends.
I am a non-native speaker and verbal on the Gmat has been quite challenging. I have tried numerous other Gmat courses and apart from E-Gmat Verbal Online nothing has helped me so far. I saw a few reviews in forums and attended a free live class with Rajat on Pre-thinking. I was totally satisfied with the content; I knew I will definitely learn some new strategy to improve my poor verbal score.
I am half way through their course, and really enjoyed the techniques that each session taught me. So far my experience has been great, I could see the audio visual tutorials and that helped me a lot with some concepts. Also, helped me to filter out few choices quickly. Payal and Rajat have done a good job in explaining challenging topics in verbal. Moreover, the tips and strategies have helped me tremendously. E-Gmat has played a huge role in improving my verbal scores.
e-GMAT’s Verbal Live Prep course has been very helpful during my preparation. I signed up for the course because I couldn’t stay organized and follow a plan while studying for GMAT. The course with its scheduled classes helped me stay organized with my preparation. The instructors of the course use technology very effectively. I also really liked that all the classes started and ended on time. Hence, the instructors were very professional. Shraddha was, many times, very patient with the questions asked and made sure that everybody in the class got the concepts right. Overall, it has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend this course to any non-native speaker.
Hi everyone I am currently taking the E-GMAT's verbal online course on suggestion of my friends from B-Schools in India
and guess what it turned out to be the most fun filled adventure of a life time. The whole course starting
from the basic content to the most advanced concept was very smoothly designed for even an amateur like me to
understand basics of English grammar. The whole new concept of not reading the text book and accessing contents online with pre and post assessment test really inclined me towards understanding the concept properly. The sentence correction though being the most weakest link has now turned into a strength ,about other concepts like the RC and CR has also been explained very well with proper explanation, quizzes and OG questions. However what I liked the most was the new introduced section of IR which explains the most common tricks to efficiently use the graphs to deduce the answers. I am planning to take my test on October and hope to do well.
Hi all,
What I'm going to write may seem overwhelming at first sight but believe me I mean every single word I have written.
Having the engineering background and being of the same nationally as did the Arybhatta, I hardly had any problem with quant.
However, in the world of Verbal ability, I was like a newly arrived aliens. Despite having tried several materials, none yielded any fruitful result, subsequently throwing me in the dark corner. Finally, the lucky moment came when one office colleague told me about trying a course called E-Gmat.After signing up for a free trail version,I attended a free verbal workshop.I was impressed by the way verbal concepts were thrown open like Maths formulae and articulated in simple language..!!I made up my mind to enroll for Verbal Online course as I relly wanted to improve my Verbal score. I swear, the course has changed my way of looking at the SC question. Through meticulous practise on e-Scholarium and completing all concepts videos, slowly I gained confidence in my weak Verbal area. With the clear guidelines related to each topic and aptly demonstrated examples, I became a cake walk for me to come out of verbal trauma.
I would encourage fellow GMATians to go and try the e-gmat course and see for themselves the magic of Verbal..!!
E-gmat does it again with their Quant Live product. This product too makes it really simple and methodical for anyone(at whatever level of prep are you) to understand the concepts and learn how to approach the quant questions, both PS and DS. In the Live course some 700+ level questions are solved and the instructor will rectify your thinking then and there, so you will know where exactly you're going wrong and change your thinking accordingly. The concepts are broken down to details and chunks that one can use to plan their prep as well. Their practice tests are great and reinforce the learning of the concept files. their Strategy sessions are also great and really help in planning and focusing on weak/strong areas.
Hi, This is my first post :) I had already taken GMAT once without a good prep (i had taken a local coaching in Bangalore India) but it didn't help me. Couple of months back I took up the e-gmat Verbal live prep + Quant Live prep after reading good reviews about the same on gmatclub. For Verbal, I really like the e-gmat way as e gmat has literally broken down the concepts(For CR,RC,SC) and makes it as simple as possible for anyone(at whatever level of learning you are) to grasp the concepts. They even teach you the step-by-step approach to solve each and every question type.
CR- Very well dissected concept types. Approach was very clear. You will be able to logically think better and clearer.
RC - I didn't know that this could become easy, but the e-gmat way will tell you that this is really doable.
SC - You will see yourself doing better once you follow their approach.
Live sessions will refine your thinking on-the-go.
Overall -Kudos e-gmat!
