I took my GMAT at the Pearson test center in Mumbai and had a very positive experience overall. The center is conveniently located and was easy to find. It is only about a 5–7 minute walk from the DN Nagar Metro station, which made commuting straightforward and stress-free on test day.

The check-in process was professional and well organized. The staff were polite, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. Security procedures included ID verification, a photograph, signature, palm scan, and locker allocation for personal belongings. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was completed efficiently.

The testing room itself was quiet and conducive to concentration. The temperature was comfortable, the desks and chairs were in good condition, and there was adequate spacing between candidates. I did not experience any noise or distractions from outside sources, other test takers, or the air conditioning during the exam.

Staff members at the test center were very cooperative.Washroom was clean.Place was quite.Locker was provided to keep your belongings.The test center is very very close to Barakhamba Delhi metro station.Drinking water is also available a the center.You will be allowed to carry only your passport and the locker key,you are not allowed to carry handkerchief also. There is desktop on which exam you have to appear and there is divider between 2 desktops.
If you reach before time and there is empty desktop, you can start early and leave early. Only you will hear keys clicking noise by others.

The center was compact, near and clean and isolated from any sort of unnecessary distractions or sound. As it is the only option in Kolkata, I would see it is good to go for it, but they can improve certain things in their service.
It is bit unclear and difficult to connect with the center in case you need any assistance or information beforehand, also if you are in a morning slot, do not panic they usually open the center just 5-10 mins before morning slot which I think could be opened some time earlier so that the candidate can seat and calm before the exam.

The room size is quite small, and the invigilators do interrupt now and then, which create hindrances

The location(inside a small abbey) , lack of availability of parking outside, the small rooms and the nosy invigilators do hamper the test taking experience .
They don't let you rest for even 5 mins. You have to start once you enter their premises. The earplugs they provide were useless. I can't blame the earplugs though. If you cramp 8 people in a small room, there will be noise and murmuring. The invigilators do enter every now and then swinging the door open.
All in all, I can't say "I don't recommend this place" ,as this is the only option for offline test centre in Kolkata. But I would suggest to have my review as a caution in mind before booking an appointment there.
