Would make the product better:

`more number of systems. Usually slots are gone very fast.

The Pearson Shivajinagar Test Center in Bangalore offers a smooth and well-organized testing experience. The center is easy to locate and reasonably accessible by public transport. Staff members are professional, calm, and helpful, ensuring clear instructions before the exam begins. Security procedures are strict but efficient, which helps maintain a distraction-free environment. The testing rooms are clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with computers functioning properly and minimal technical issues. GMAT Test Center review

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by post count [?]

Strengths:

Well managed, the staff is there, it's clean. Less crowded in the morning slots

Would make the product better:

Stationary - don't know what maybe the pens dry faster or they don't check it - please make sure you check all pens and write like a complete sentence - else that wastes time on test

Well managed, the staff is there, it's clean. Less crowded in the morning slots - and they always seem to have them available - day time slots are harder to get - so you need to plan 1 week in advance at-least

Overall - I am neutral on the test center. But I would say its better than the Bangalore test centers I have seen.

Stationary - don't know what maybe the pens dry faster or they don't check it - please make sure you check all pens and write like a complete sentence - else that wastes time on test

Well kept and peaceful

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Strengths:

The staff were extremely empathetic and professional. Clearly explained every rule, provided extra stationery and were very alert to ensure we don’t waste our break time.

Would make the product better:

Upkeep the stationery quality, for the test price, I am sure they can be more responsible,

Test taking is never easy, stress can really unnerve one’s capabilities, especially in this scenario, empathy and professionalism from the staff matters a lot. The center is very small, accommodates only 8 test takers at a time but they were really professional, ensured each test taker is provided with information and resources. Inspite of it being so small, it was very well designed. Never thought the center could play a role in test taking, but it does. The only thing is they need to really take a look at the stationery quality, the pens were really troublesome, drying so quickly. It was little waste of time, the bright side is that they provide them quickly when needed but that should not be the case.

Strengths:

Good overall

Would make the product better:

Yes/ No depends on what are your preference

For me it was a good experience, but make sure you check whether markers are working or not, write multiple times before test to be sure shot. Also you get headphones so noise wont be an issue. if possible go one day before test and get accquinted with the place/ center . helps a lot to reduce exam pressure if you get panic. Overall its good, there are glasses door which helps in noise reduction. pearson centers are good in general. choose weekdays to avoid crowd. if possible go one day before test and get accquinted with the place/ center . helps a lot to reduce exam pressure if you get panic. Great experience in that test center (with one minor problem)

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by post count [?]

Strengths:

Clean and organized
Quiet
Trained and friendly professionals

Would make the product better:

Guarantee of network connection / computer operation

The place is in a central part in São Paulo, easy acess.I arrived at the venue 30 minutes early, which proved to be ideal timing. I had no trouble checking in at the building's entrance, and the Pearson receptionist was very friendly and patient in giving me all the instructions.

They have a small locker on site, so it's possible to bring a purse or small backpack.

When I put my backpack away, I was asked to separate the items I would access during the break so they were in front of the locker (food, water, and medicine). The cellphone must be turn off as soon as you get in Pearson.

Before starting the test, they inspect my prescription glasses, a "search" to make sure I didn't bring anything into my pockets and I cannot use any piercing, necklass, ring or any adress.

Regarding the test venue itself: it was clean and quiet. Although there wasn't any noise, I was provided with noise-canceling headphones. The notebook had 9 pages, if I'm not mistaken, which was more than enough, and I had two pens that worked without a hitch.

During my break, everything went well. They called me in early to do the inspection and return for the test on time.

The only problem I had was that at one point, while taking the first two quant questions, my computer glitched, causing the timer to freeze. An error message appeared on the screen, and the proctor had to restart my computer twice. This was inconvenient and, I confess, made me more nervous, affecting my performance.

Overall, a great experience, except for this last point. I recommend it!

Great Management

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by post count [?]

The Pune GMAT Test Center, typically managed by Pearson VUE, offers a generally reliable and professional experience. It's often located centrally but be sure to account for Pune's traffic, as arriving early is mandatory.

Staff are known for being strictly professional, enforcing all security procedures like mandatory palm-vein scans and ID checks. The testing rooms are usually quiet, clean, and provide well-maintained, reliable computer hardware. Candidates praise the atmosphere for allowing good focus, which is essential for the long exam. Overall, it’s a standard, rule-abiding facility—ensure you follow all check-in requirements for a smooth test day.

Pearson VUE - Barakhamba

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Strengths:

Overall Experience, staff is very helpful, and very convenient location.

Would make the product better:

Scratch Pad and pen were not completely functional, I asked to replace it 3 times during the exam, causing significant disturbance in the first section.

Overall decent, really needs better stationery. Scratchpad and pen were not completely functional, I asked to replace it 3 times during the exam, causing significant disturbance in the first section. The staff are very helpful overall, and they explained to me that the pen/markers dry up very quickly, making it difficult to keep them open. Between questions, it is recommended to close the markers, especially while doing RC. Apart from that, the location of the center, the facilities, the staff are good.

To get used to the exam, I would recommend getting a GMAT scratch via Amazon. Doing this while giving mocks gets you used to the unusual scratchpad given to you during the exam.

I had the same issue at Pearson Noida centre, I gave the exam elsewhere and faced no such issue with the markers. Its absurd that they are willing to compromise on quality to save money on markers.

Pearson Test Centre Review

Strengths:

The center was located at a convenient location.

Would make the product better:

Would recommend to improve the lighting and also keep fresh and better markers for righting purpose.

Do give the test at the test center as it creates a atmosphere which isn't distracting and which will help to keep to focus intact. The employees were professional and they took all the necessary security checks before entering for examination. The test center is hygienic and silent. Would recommend to get some better marker for righting and a cleaning wipes. As the markers used to get dried up quickly that was distracting to shake and use. And also make a washroom which can be used by multiple people at time because break is of only 10 minutes and if someone is already using the washroom it will create anxiety and will hamper the test. Also the test location should be mentioned properly to locate.

Strengths:

Amazing eperience - The venue was very well managed

Would make the product better:

Not much to improve

I was a bit concerned about the place and test center but the quality of the test centers is second to none. It is located in banjara hills (only one pearson center there). I was scared of finding the directions but it is situated at a comfortable location. The entry is best in class with all the required amenities provided.
Staff is very courteous, and they help out in everything. The information and directions provided were clear and there is space to keep our things and someone to help at all times. Would highly recommend everyone to book this spot
