There should also be stronger technical reliability measures in place to prevent network disruptions. A system failure in the middle of an important exam is unacceptable and adds unnecessary stress.

I had a very bad experience at the Pearson test center located at Sushant University, Gurgaon. The testing environment was extremely noisy due to other candidates taking different exams in the same space and typing constantly throughout the session. It was difficult to concentrate, especially during time-sensitive sections. To make matters worse, there was a network error in the middle of my exam where the screen went out completely. Although the issue was eventually addressed, it disrupted my focus and increased anxiety during an already high-pressure situation. For a standardized exam center, reliability and a quiet environment are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this center failed on both counts. I would strongly advise future test-takers to consider alternative locations if possible.

They allow you start before time, given your consent and availability inside the test lab, washrooms are clean indeed. 10/10 points on the conditions inside, pindrop silence it is, just what you need to get into the test tasking zone.

AC Temperature could be more bit more ambient/ cooler.
A bit confusing for Non- Mumbai candiates to locate the centre, it is always better to plan your travel in advance budgeting this extra time needed to figure out the directions. Always helps in getting yourself that extra few minutes to catch your breath before entering the test centre.

Overall, I would rate the test centre 4.5/5. Smooth check-in (photo, palm scan, locker), clear instructions, and efficient provision of supplies like scratch pads and markers. Staff are frequently described as polite, welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth process.

Pearson VUE should open more centres in and around city, for candidates like me coming from Mumbai, it is one task to travel 1.5 hours just to reach the test centre, I was surprised to see Pune has two centres, yet Mumbai has just one. Such flexibility indeed allows candidates to manage and help mitigate external factors/ controllables on the test day.

Test taking is never easy, stress can really unnerve one’s capabilities, especially in this scenario, empathy and professionalism from the staff matters a lot. The center is very small, accommodates only 8 test takers at a time but they were really professional, ensured each test taker is provided with information and resources. Inspite of it being so small, it was very well designed. Never thought the center could play a role in test taking, but it does. The only thing is they need to really take a look at the stationery quality, the pens were really troublesome, drying so quickly. It was little waste of time, the bright side is that they provide them quickly when needed but that should not be the case.

For me it was a good experience, but make sure you check whether markers are working or not, write multiple times before test to be sure shot. Also you get headphones so noise wont be an issue. if possible go one day before test and get accquinted with the place/ center . helps a lot to reduce exam pressure if you get panic.
