Hi, I really messed up the Quant section of the GMAT this time. School applications recommended deadlines are in January. The median/average GMAT scores for my target schools are within 10 points. Should I retake the test? Can I retake it after 16 days, or 31?

I know I can do much better on Quant. My prior OG Prep Test course scores in Quant were 49.

Edit: Sorry, I got 48Q, 38V. Messed up the order of the scores

Hi sushantsarma,

Since your original post was from back in November, can you describe what you've done since then? Did you retake the GMAT? Did you apply to Business School (and have you heard back from any of the Schools that you applied to?)?

If you do not have more time then I suggest you don't retake. Use this time to prepare for interviews and applications.
