$$(2^3)= 8$$
$$(2^8)^{(2^3)}=(2^8)^8$$ =$$2^{8*8}$$ =$$2^{64}$$

Hence Option D is correct.

First Simplify $$2^3$$=8,

(a^b)^c =a^bc

Hence 2^(8*8)=2^64

= $$(2^{8})^{(2^{3})}$$
=$$(2^{8})^{8}$$
=$$2^{8*8}$$
=$$2^{64}$$
