This is a quick question- do you guys have tips on how to approach to approach individuals for a recommendation letter? I plan on asking my current supervisor as well as a peer (who became a supervisor), but I feel like the news of me possibly pursuing an MBA will be seen as a red flag in my employement...

Awesome compilation.....
By the way, what you think, what should be a response to "How does the performance of the applicant compare to that of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles"? Some would say, that it should be something like - the best ever! But would not that feel as a bit of stretch and suspicious? I have more than 17 years in finance, I have seen many bosses and also many subordinates, some were worse, some were excellent but I would never describe anyone as simply the best...
