Rich - thanks for the post. I took a second CAT last weekend, so about 3 weeks into my studies. Unfortunately I was sick for a few days and couldn't study the week before, but I scored a 590 vs my first CAT of 560. Quant was 3 points higher than my first CAT. Verbal stayed the same, which makes sense given that I haven't started studying verbal yet.

Hi CLTpkg,

You claim to have plenty of potential time to study for the GMAT, and there's no immediate evidence to imply that your current approach to studying isn't "working", so I suggest that you keep studying in your current fashion. There's a reasonable change that you'll get 'stuck' at some scoring level (since most Test Takers get 'stuck' at some point) - but that hasn't happened yet, so we shouldn't make any radical changes to your routine just yet.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich
