= \(\frac{69,300}{(10^3*10^2−10^3)}\)
= \(\frac{69,300}{10^3(10^2 - 1)}\)
= \(\frac{69,300}{(99*10^3)}\)
= \(\frac{700}{1000}\)
= \(0.7\)

=\(\frac{693*100}{(10^{3}(10^{2}—1))}\)=

\(\frac{693*100}{(1000*99)}\)=

7*100/1000= 0.7

The answer is B

Right off the bat, we can eliminate D and E, since we see the solution must be <1 (69300/99000). If we get stuck on test day, we'll have much better odds of guessing the right answer.

Now, we have:
69300 / 99000
693 / 990
* Note, these are both multiples of 9
77 / 110
* Both multiples of 11
7 / 10

Simplifying, we have:
