Do you have any leadership experience at all? Or any measurable achievements that could be added to your CV in order to compare you with others in the same or similar positions as you? That is pretty much what I am missing from this profile, the rest looks good, but that is a very important part of an applicant's profile, so the answers to these questions can really make a huge difference!

Good point- I have led small teams and been part of small teams that have implemented solutions to increase overall oil production (1-4 million dollar value). I've also worked on teams to increase efficiency of processes that managers use to evaluate production. I've also mentored two interns during the past two summers.
