Do you have any leadership experience at all? Or any measurable achievements that could be added to your CV in order to compare you with others in the same or similar positions as you? That is pretty much what I am missing from this profile, the rest looks good, but that is a very important part of an applicant's profile, so the answers to these questions can really make a huge difference!
