Aerobics instructor: Compared to many forms of exercise, kickboxing aerobics is highly risky. Overextending when kicking often leads to hip, knee, or lower-back injuries. Such overextension is very likely to occur when beginners try to match the high kicks of more skilled practitioners.

Which one of the following is most strongly supported by the aerobics instructor’s statements?

(A) Skilled practitioners of kickboxing aerobics are unlikely to experience injuries from overextending while kicking.
(B) To reduce the risk of injuries, beginners at kickboxing aerobics should avoid trying to match the high kicks of more skilled practitioners.
(C) Beginners at kickboxing aerobics will not experience injuries if they avoid trying to match the high kicks of more skilled practitioners.
(D) Kickboxing aerobics is more risky than forms of aerobic exercise that do not involve high kicks.
(E) Most beginners at kickboxing aerobics experience injuries from trying to match the high kicks of more skilled practitioners.

B is my final answer.
As the instructor says "overextension is very likely to occur when beginners try to match the high kicks of more skilled practitioners." It is reasonable to assume that "To reduce the risk of injuries, beginners at kickboxing aerobics should avoid trying to match the high kicks of more skilled practitioners".
C is tempting but wrong as it uses "WILL NOT" which is too strong.

Hit Kudos if it helps. I still need many more Kudos to open the TESTS. Thank you!

How do we know we are looking for a conclusion. E sort of repeats what has been said on the statement but is not a conclusion if B was not there would E make any sense..

I eliminated option E because it converts the likelihood of injury into certainty of injury, is this a correct reason for eliminating the option.

deveshj21, (E) is wrong because we don't know how most injuries occur. Maybe no beginners try to match their instructors. At this point, no injuries occur from this, but other injuries could still occur, thus rendering (E) incorrect.

(A) Skilled practitioners of kickboxing aerobics are unlikely to experience injuries from overextending while kicking.

=> The stimulus is talking about the injuries of beginners. We can not be 100% sure about the injuries of skilled practitioners

=> Extreme. The stimulus gives information about the potentiality of injuries of beginners. This option gives us certainty.

(D) Kickboxing aerobics is more risky than forms of aerobic exercise that do not involve high kicks.

=> Extreme. There may be other ways that make other forms of aerobic exercise risky

(E) Most beginners at kickboxing aerobics experience injuries from trying to match the high kicks of more skilled practitioners.

=> There is no information about the percentage of beginners in the passage.
