(B) is certainly more concise than (E), but it changes the meaning.
While (E) emphasize the fact that the given reason to be vaccinated is important, without stating whether vaccination is important, (B) says that vaccination is important. I think that this change in meaning is more important than having a shorter sentence.

I also thought that there is a change in meaning in B

(B) seems to alter the meaning of the original sentence.

(B) seems to imply that the rest of the sentence gives you the ONLY reason why vaccination is important, whereas (E) clearly states that the following is 'An important reason'

My answer would be (E)

IMO A
Because others change the intended meaning
B changes the sentence from being a supposition to a fact.

Like
To kill the mouse the right action would be to buy a mouse trap.
