Impressive background ankushsambare with a range of experience. Academics are a bit on the lower side, but the depth and breadth of your experience can make up for this. The average GMAT for these MEM’s is closer to 645 - so you’ll need to find ways to reinforce your quant readiness for the program. If you are applying for the Fall 2027 start, i would recommend retaking the GMAT. Or you can consider ESMT Berlin, IE, Imperial, EDHEC, or HULT.

You have a great profile from a less-represented country in the MBA pool! You have STEM background with leadership and entreprenuership - lean into this in your essays. HBS is moonshot for all... but apply. Sloan Duke, INSEAD and UNC are great for innovation and healthcare... also consider Wharton HCM program!

Congrats on your admit and interview. MBA programs love Drs! Your Med School can help fill in where your GMAT may lack a little compared to other Indians. Rejections could be because of career goal fit - they feel less equipped to help with the transition.
For potential interviews, make sure to highlight the connections that will help you with the transition to consulting full-time and in that country - specific classes, pathways, clubs. If you know current student or recent alum, you can reference their success and advice they have shared.

What a unique background and work experience! This would be attractive to most adcoms.
Big question is - what do you want to do post-B-school?
Think of ways to leverage these unique experiences in the classroom and for your next role.
